About me:

I am a Hatha & Yin Yoga instructor, and I lovingly refer to Carpinteria as my sweet home. My deepest passion lies in helping my students discover their inner "home." I'm truly fascinated by the concept of integrating and embodying the mind, body, and soul in each practice, especially in today's world where it's so easy to feel disconnected from ourselves.

Much of my life has been marked by the challenges of chronic pain and anxiety, which led me to turn to yoga in search of relief and inner peace. What I found in yoga exceeded all my expectations! It has played a crucial role in managing my chronic pain.

I also firmly believe that we hold our trauma in our bodies. From personal experience, it's been an incredible journey to witness the beauty of the mind-body connection as I've explored this aspect of healing. Our bodies carry the imprints of our life experiences, both positive and challenging, and yoga has provided me with a profound tool to unlock and release those held tensions and emotions.

I am grateful for this life.
